Order Processing

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification with your order details.

  • During peak seasons, sales events, or due to unexpected circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always notify you if there is a delay.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to provide reliable delivery no matter where your adventure takes you. Standard shipping times are as follows:

  • International Shipping (selected regions): Delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on customs clearance and local courier networks.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors outside of TrailEase’s control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or courier service disruptions.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • For certain promotions or order amounts, TrailEase may offer free shipping—this will be clearly displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

TrailEase is proud to serve outdoor enthusiasts worldwide.

  • We currently ship to selected international regions.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country’s customs procedures.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package from customs, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • In the rare event that your package is lost during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
